Breakfast: 3 Egg Whites w/ salsa, 1 large grapefruit and a sugar free redbull!
Snack: 1/2 cup honey greek yogurt, 2tbs peanutbutter
Lunch: Shrimp on a bed of spinach & Cucumber! String Cheese!
Dinner: Red wine, salad with brie cheese and pears! And Chicken. A few mussels to start!
