Breakfast: 3 egg whites, 1 Thomas’ English Muffin 100% Whole-wheat, a little feta-cheese, 3 slices of tomato, and 1 cup of Simply OJ w/ mango :)
Snack: Greek coconut yogurt
Lunch: ehhh I didn’t have time. Not letting that happen again!
Snack: 1 pickle spear and an iced venti coconut soy latte, string cheese
Dinner: 1 Salmon, 1/2 baked potato, eggplant & mushrooms!
