Lunch: Whole wheat sandwich (on thins) Mesquite turkey, tomato & Ground mustard! Cucumber and peaches on the side!
Snack: FROZEN GRAPES! My new fav. Snack!!
and a string cheese (Lucerne, reduced fat)
Dinner: Jamaican Jerk Chicken ( boneless & skinless, cut thin), cucumber salad, kidney beans mixed w/ mango salsa!
Anddd more frozen grapes!
