I have decided that I need to constantly sign up for a race 5K or a 10K. It is a great motivator! My next race is August 19th!
Since I did not sign up for a race in June or July I have completely fallen off of the running wagon :( but today I started again! I ran 1.5 miles :)
I also did an ab routine!
