Break from gym today (running in the am!!)
Breakfast: Frosted mini-mini wheats, skim milk, sunflower seeds
Lunch: Sugar-Free Red Bull, Pork, Spinach & Broccoli, blueberries
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Wholewheat pasta, olive oil, Old Bay shrimp, spinach

And I have been drinking 3+ liters of this really good water mix!
“Sassy Water” … I don’t like that name but it is good for anti-therapy AND it tastes good!
Sassy Water
2 liters water (about 8 ½ cups)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 small spearmint leaves. (I used Mint because spearmint gives me headaches!)
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight.
Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day.
