WOW I have been awful with keeping this updated&#8230; BUT not that awful with my diet and exercise plan!! The picture above is my motivation! I love her curvy upper-body and flat stomach! I refer to that picture when I am having trouble getting focused and motivated.
I am at 134!! About 10 lbs down since I started this. I can honestly say keeping track on here has really helped to keep my organized and healthy! I recommend this outlet to anyone who is trying to organize their thoughts and goals for a healthy weight loss!Recently I did an amazing cleanse for 3 days, The 3-Day Fruit Flush Cleanse&#8230; I lost weight and felt great. I have also kept that weight off. I need to share this with you!! I plan on doing this one more time before I leave for my vacation in February!
Day 1 (Pre-flush) 
Every two hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Drink a 6-ounce protein drink (void of any sweeteners, artificial colors, or other ingredients listed below), followed by 8-12 ounces of water
Dinner: 3-6 cups of raw vegetable salad, with 1 to 2 tablespoons olive or flaxseed oil or 1/2 avocado, plus half a lemon or lime
3-6 ounces lean protein or egg whites
Days 2 and 3
Every two hours from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Eat one serving (approximately 100 calories&#8217; worth) of fresh fruit and drink 8-12 ounces water
