AM SPIN!! 1 hour and then 75 squats — tyring to get this ass!
Breakfast: Peanut butter granola bar, sugar free red bull, banana
Lunch:Skinny Salad - vinegar, lettuce, shrimp, cucumbers, tomatoes! (and a few fries that I stole off of my bother’s plate)
Dinner: Goat cheese stuffed chicken breast w/ a spring salad on the side!
Breakfast: Nature Valley granola bar! Honey & Oat flavor :) and iced coffee
Lunch: Healthy choice, garlic shrimp with pasta and an apple
Snack: Graze Love Mix and an apple!
Dinner: Explosion Salad!
