I do this because I can’t help but reblog all of these inspirational and motivational pictures, I can’t believe that I inspired someone else too!
I have to say I love writing down what I eat! It helps me stay focused… and if I “slip up” I realize how healthy I have been eating so it isn’t really a “slip-up” more of a nice break :)
Life is too short to cut out the greasy things 100% of the time.
Up this morning doing a quick abs routine!
Breakfast: Nature Valley Honey & Oat granola bar, grapefruit, SBux light coffee
Lunch: 2 eggs, banana arugula spring mix salad w/ cherry tomatoes bell peppers and Champagne vinegar
Dinner: Lemon Salmon w/ asparagus
PM routine: 30 min. jog, and the Tone It Up Thursday Bikini Challenge :)
My motivation for this workout!!
Then I have a kickball game at 8:45! Woot woot :)
So ready for this!! K&K have amazing attitudes and bodies! Thought I would Share :)
