Breakfast: Sbux turkey bacon and egg white sandwich, venti caramel machiatto w/skim and extra shot of espresso
Lunch: Sbux Zesty chicken and black bean salad bowl, w/o dressing! And a large bottle of water :)
Dinner: Eating at a fabulous gourmet pizza place… Birroteca! Totes worth the extra cals BUT I will also try and reign it in.
Breakfast: Granola bar, grapefruit, coffee!
Lunch: Lean Cuisine chicken!
Dinner: Salmon salad yummmy! And a gin gimlet :)
