So I have hit a bit of plateau… BUT have been making HUGE strides in my health.
I have remained 127 for over a month now, but have been working out with Tone It Up for a month and have lost a total of 6 inches all over!! Can’t even believe how much flatter my tummy is!
Seriously impressed with the changes in my body! My skin! My sleeping habits. It’s crazy :) but I love it!
I still want to lose the lbs but for the first time ever I am not relying on my scale for results, and it feels amazing. I am currently just doing Karena and Katrina’s Bikini Series but I am strongly considering their nutrition plan… I will keep you guys posted!
Breakfast: Peanut butter granola bar, banana, Sbux vanilla latte
Lunch: Salad w/ turkey and cherry tomatoes, 1 cup of chicken and white bean soup!
Snack: that yummy grapefruit I posted earlier!
Dinner…
Workout: #100bySummer 2.5 on the bike I think and the sunkissed ab rountine :)ย
