Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs
Lunch: Left over whole wheat pasta and shrimp!!
Dinner: Shirmp & greenbeans!
I did Bikram Yoga for the first time in a while! It was sooooo good! Great workout!

Running 1 mile today and a lot of stretching! First 5K of the year tomorrow!!!
