Breakfast: Starbucks Can, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 10 cherry tomatoes, 2 morning star sausages, 1/8 cup of blue cheese!

I suck at updating this every day… sorry! And sorry to myself, I need to get back into posting regularly!
Breakfast: Whole wheat bread, w/ 1tbs of low sodium peanut butter, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee. black.
Lunch: 1/2 cup of tuna on whole wheat bread, w/ mustard and tomatoes! and Some grapes!
Dinner: 1/2 tuna salad sandwhich and bowl of broccoli and cheese soup from Panera Bread!
