Break from gym today (running in the am!!)
Breakfast: Frosted mini-mini wheats, skim milk, sunflower seeds
Lunch: Sugar-Free Red Bull, Pork, Spinach & Broccoli, blueberries
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Wholewheat pasta, olive oil, Old Bay shrimp, spinach
Snack: …
And I have been drinking 3+ liters of this really good water mix!

Good morning!
Breakfast: Frosted mini wheats, banana!
Snack: 1/2 grape fruit
Lunch: tuna mixed with blueberries, sprouts, light mayo, lemon juice, s&p, sunflower seeds, and a spinach salad, V8
Snack: Starbucks
Dinner: Pork, brown rice, and broccoli, brussel sprouts, mushrooms
Work out… 30 min run! And an awesome Ab & leg work out!!
