So I have hit a bit of plateau… BUT have been making HUGE strides in my health.
I have remained 127 for over a month now, but have been working out with Tone It Up for a month and have lost a total of 6 inches all over!! Can’t even believe how much flatter my tummy is!
Seriously impressed with the changes in my body! My skin! My sleeping habits. It’s crazy :) but I love it!
